We are looking for a reliable and professional Coat Check Attendant to join our team, providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with checking coats, bags, and personal items.
• Maintain a clean and organized coat check area.
• Ensure each patron receives the proper coat.
• Ensure security and proper tagging of all checked items.
• Provide efficient service while ensuring the safe return of guests' belongings.
• Refer customers to supervisors if needed. 
• Collect lost items after events and store them.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Handle cash transactions for coat check services
