Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chat Representative at Fabi Travel Agency. The Chat Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about travel packages, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through chat communication channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• We do have Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter hours.
• This is a start date of January 2025.
• YOU MUST HAVE TRAVEL KNOWLEDGE.
