Tax Private Company Services Personal Tax Manager
The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on the wide array of tax matters faced by private companies throughout the business lifecycle - from inception to growth, and maturity to transition. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting required. Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent or Membership of the Bar is essential. Must have 5+ years of experience. Thorough knowledge of consulting with high net worth individuals on some of the following areas; financial planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning or trust and estate work is required. Comprehensive technical skills with Form 1040 for High Net Worth individuals and Form K1 production and compliance preferred.
