Job Description
Primary Talent Partners has an 8 month contract opening for a Biomedical Engineer to join a multinational medical device company for a 100% remote position operating out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay : $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr based on experience
Contract: W-2, 8 months, extensions likely, conversion possible
Type: Fully remote; would prefer to have initial training and kickoff at our site Fridley, MN.
Summary:
As a Biomedical Engineer within our group, you will support all of the Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health Release Products (External devices, Stimulators, Pumps, catheters/leads/accessories). Your top 3 main responsibilities will be
- To hit monthly document approval goals
- Initiative meetings/conversations/collaboration with the Neuro Standards Team (Team of 5 with 1 in India) and SMEs [sterilization, packaging, labeling, radio regulatory, risk, released products, and
- Creating and gaining approval of documents, namely medical device robust documentation for audits.
Additional Responsibilities: - Create standard/regulation documentation to show gaps, plans, and final completion evidence.
- Initiate and drive cross-functional meetings to align with SMEs (sterilization, packaging, labeling, radio regulatory, risk, released products (SW/EE) and Project team.
- Outcome of alignment is ability to author and execute documentation approval to achieve project monthly goals.
Required Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, ideally in Biomedical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- We have two open positions available:
- Position 1: Need 4+ years of applicable experience, namely with Medical Device robust documentation for audits.
- Position 2: Need 1-2 years of applicable experience, namely with Medical Device robust documentation for audits.

- Drive and iniative to hit goals within a strict timeline.
