What You’ll Do * Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone, text, and email. * Convert internet and phone opportunities into confirmed showroom appointments. * Maintain CRM accuracy, follow structured workflows, and stay on top of your workplan. * Collaborate daily with management to ensure seamless customer transitions. * Track and hit daily KPIs (contact %, appointment set, show, and sold). What We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years of BDC or automotive phone experience (required). * Strong communicator — confident, natural, and customer-focused. * Reliable, organized, and thrives in a high-volume environment. * Familiar with DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or similar CRM tools. * Goal-driven, positive attitude, and team-oriented.
