Job Description: Attorney: Junior International Trade Associate - Washington, D.C.

 

The Attorney Junior International Trade will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of international trade matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade law and regulations, as well as experience working with clients in a variety of industries.

 

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

 

Bar Admission

  • Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.

 

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in export controls, ITAR, CFIUS, sanctions, and related trade areas.
  • Relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is required.
  • Government or agency experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Pay Transparency

The expected annual pay range for this position, if based in Washington, D.C., is $260,000 – $390,000. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including geographic location, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
